At Atrangi Studio, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. We deliver pan india.

Shipment processing time

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 2 working days to ship goods out of our warehouses in Mumbai or Gurugram. However if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

The shipping could take anywhere between 2-8 days depending on the delivery location. Delay in delivery can occasionally occur in case of heavy load, or any issue on our courier partner’s end.

Shipping rates

Shipping will not be chargeable for orders above ₹799. Orders below ₹800 are charged ₹100.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email and WhatsApp once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

if you believe that the packaging at the time of delivery is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us at +91 9867344756 or email us at hello@atrangistudio.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

In case the product inside is damaged, please write to us at hello@atrangistudio.com with images of the product highlighting the damages within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will check and exchange the product if it is in stock, else, we will process the refund.

Please note all products are handcrafted and hence, slight variation is possible.

In case a wrong item has been delivered, we will gladly work with you to get the correct item to you as long as we are notified via email within 48 hours of receiving the order.
