Orders are generally dispatched within two working days, from Gurugram, Delhi NCR. The shipping could take anywhere between 2-8 days depending on the delivery location.

If you wish to make changes to your order, you must reach out to us within 12 hours of placing the order. In case the order is already dispatched, we would not be able to process any changes.

We ship only pan India at the moment. However, please share your query over email or Whatsapp and let’s explore if we can ship internationally for you.

We provide replacement in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. We do not except generic returns or exchanges.

To request a replacement, please email hello@atrangistudio.com with your order number and photos of the issue, within 48 hours of order delivery. We will arrange for a reverse pick-up and send you a replacement once we receive the item.
