Shipping is FREE for orders above ₹799. For orders below ₹800, we levy a shipping fee of ₹100.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and some wallets. We also accept Cash On Delivery (COD).

Yes, you can pay Cash on Delivery (COD) for your orders. However, we recommend online payment for faster and more efficient delivery experience.

Orders are generally dispatched within two working days. The shipping could take anywhere between 2-8 days depending on the delivery location.

We ship only pan India at the moment. However, please share your query over email or Whatsapp and let’s explore if we can ship internationally for you.

Please do not worry! Please write to us at hello@atrangistudio.com with images of the product highlighting the damages within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will check and exchange the product if it is in stock, else, we will process the refund.

Please note all products are handcrafted and hence, slight variation is possible.

We hope you do not have to bother with this. Since most products are made-to-order, we do not accept return/refund/exchange unless the product is delivered damaged.
