All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

An irregular weave or print or a stitch should not be taken as a defect as handcrafted products will not show consistent uniformity like a machine-made product. Handcrafted, by definition, means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

Despite these variables, at Atrangi Studio, we stand behind the quality of our products and we allow exchange/ return/ refund (for eligible product categories) in certain cases.

The exchange, return & refund policies mentioned below are applicable only on orders placed online through our official website (www.AtrangiStudio.com) and not applicable for products bought at offline stores or on any third-party platforms.

I received my item but it was damaged in shipping. What should I do?
If you believe that the packaging at the time of delivery is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us at +91 9867344756 or email us at hello@atrangistudio.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. 

What if the product is damaged?
In case the product inside is damaged, please write to us at hello@atrangistudio.com with images of the product highlighting the damages within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will check and exchange the product if it is in stock, else, we will process the refund.

What if I received the wrong item?
In such a case we will gladly work with you to get the correct item to you as long as we are notified via email within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The product doesn’t fit my requirements. I have changed my mind about the item. Can I return it?.
We mention all product dimensions, materials, care instructions, and various products on our website. We request and expect our customers to go through the details and take an informed decision. All our products are handcrafted by artisans across India. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds on such accounts.
