Refund policy

Our products are handmade individually, which can result in unique variations and natural blemishes that are inherent to the manufacturing process and not considered flaws.

Due to the high shipping costs for home decor items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. In such instances, we will replace the product.

To be eligible for an exchange (applicable only in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit), the product must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note it will only be an exchange, and not a refund. In exception case, we can offer credit note. However, in no circumstance, a refund would be provided.

To request a replacement, please email hello@atrangistudio.com with your order number and photos/videos highlighting the issue, within 48 hours of order delivery. We will arrange for a reverse pick-up and send you a replacement once we receive the item. If the query is received beyond 48 hours of delivery, we would not be able to accept the same.

Being disappointed with an order is an experience both you and we would love to avoid. So we urge you to take your time to consider your purchase and ensure you've selected the right product and size before you place your order. We request you to check the pictures & read the description thoroughly before making a purchase. Feel free to ping us for raw images of any product if needed as well. Please reach out to us if you need help with your order.

Please note we do not offer refund. We hold the right to not accept an exchange in case the product is used, altered or damaged by the customer. 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must reach out to us within 12 hours of placing the order. In case the order is already dispatched, we would not be able to process any cancellation. In case of cancellation (for non shipped orders), a nominal fee of 5% will be deducted from the refund amount as processing charges.
