I purchased the Orange Handpainted Elephant Wall Decor expecting a premium handcrafted product that would justify its price. While I understand and appreciate that handmade items can have slight variations and unique characteristics, my disappointment is not about minor imperfections.

The overall painting and finishing quality of the piece I received fell well below my expectations. The product did not reflect the level of craftsmanship portrayed in the product images, nor did it feel worth the amount charged.

What was even more disappointing was the customer service experience. After sharing detailed feedback and photographs, my concerns regarding quality and value for money were repeatedly addressed with the explanation that the product is handcrafted. In my view, being handmade should not be used as a justification for workmanship that does not meet reasonable quality standards.

The company acknowledged my concerns but ultimately refused any return, refund, or exchange, stating that the product met their quality standards.

If you are considering purchasing this item, I would recommend carefully evaluating whether the quality you receive may differ from the expectations created by the product photographs and pricing.

I found size a little smaller.
