Stuff is Amazing but Poor Logistics

I bought 3 times from then the stuff is reasonably Priced and very classy it enhances the beauty of your home and very sustainable but the logistic is very poor. In my first order 2 cushions were missing after lot of follow up they sent it to us but 10 days later. Now we ordered 8 table mats but received 4 only it’s just matter of improving systems and Logistics. I am chasing them for the missing 4 table mats but no response. Wish the quality of products should depict in dispatch too….

The runner and cushion covers look exactly like in the photos and the quality is really good too. I was surprised since with handicraft the photos and actually quality often differs a lot. Very satisfied with the purchase .
